Bostec specializes in precision machining with tolerances as tight as ±0.0002" (0.005 mm). We ensure every part meets your exact specifications through advanced manufacturing and inspection processes.
NO! – We offer flexible manufacturing solutions with no minimum order quantity! Whether you need prototypes or short to medium-run production, Bostec is here to meet your needs.
For accurate quoting, we prefer 3D files in STEP, IGES, or X_T formats. For 2D drawings, PDF files with clearly defined dimensions and tolerances are preferred.
For metal parts, we achieve general machining tolerances of +/- 0.005" (+/- 0.127 mm), following ISO 2768 standards (unless otherwise specified). For plastics and composites, the general tolerance is +/- 0.010” (+/- 0.254 mm).
Our standard lead times are:
Prototypes: 2 to 3 weeks
Production runs: 4 weeks
